Our HomeSmart Professionals Mentorship Program is designed to support a new or recently licensed Associate in developing the skills needed to be successful in their new career in real estate.  Within this program, a Productivity Coach will work with an Associate in providing one-on-one support in navigating the many facets of building a new career in real estate as well as transactional detail oversight.  Our Career Growth Director, in working with our Coaches, will assist in motivational and educational activities for all Participants.

If you recently joined HomeSmart Professionals, it’s time for you to pick a productivity coach! You can do that by clicking on “Meet the Coaches” in the main menu or clicking here.

Go through as many profiles as you like. At the bottom of each coach’s profile, there is a form you can fill out to request an appointment. Fill out the form and it will be sent to that coach to review and confirm a meeting time with you. We recommend you interview with 2-3 coaches before you decide who you would like to work with.

Once you’ve met with your prospective coaches, it’s now time to decide who you’d like to work with! Contact the coach you’ve chosen and ask them to be your coach. If they accept your request, let the Career Growth Director know and we’ll make it official!
